Designers tend to sit alone in their space, outputting great looking pieces that people appreciate.

I’ve been able to combine this solo role with an ability to sit in a room with others, listen to the group and devise the direction a company wants or needs to go. I’ve often been able to pull up a chair at the table to help when others didn’t realize I may be able to assist.

Delegation works both ways. My experience as a team member allows me to bring others in to a project as well as help others out.
